Tucker holds a special place in our hearts as the very first horse who started it all! This lean, strong Tennessee Walking Horse with his distinctive dark brown coat and two white socks may be slow-moving, but his impact has been immeasurable.
With his wonderfully stubborn personality and endlessly curious nature, Tucker has a way of teaching everyone around him valuable life lessons. He's famous for sticking his nose into grooming totes, knocking them over, and spreading brushes everywhere – his curiosity knows no bounds! Tucker's love for food, especially watermelon, is legendary around here.
Best friends with Fendi, Tucker continues to show us that sometimes the most challenging horses make the greatest teachers and companions.

Fendi is a retired harness racing Standardbred who has found his perfect second career with us! While it took some time for us to earn each other's trust, the bond we've built has been incredibly rewarding.
This observant horse notices every detail around him – whether it's a deer, fox, or anything new in his environment, Fendi's attention is immediately captured. He absolutely loves being groomed and receiving attention, and his friendship with Tucker is one of the sweetest bonds at our facility.
We have to be honest with you – Fendi has quite the reputation for his frequent and rather impressive flatulence! It never fails to bring laughter to everyone around, and we're pretty sure he uses it as his own personal propulsion system to get around the sanctuary. His quirky personality and gentle heart make him a beloved member of our herd.

Buddy joined our family in 2023 as a generous gift from the amazing families who raised and trained him throughout his life in our local area. This big brown Percheron-Quarter Horse cross is truly a gentle giant – or as we like to call him, our big teddy bear!
Despite his lumbering size, Buddy has the softest heart and loves to give horse hugs and flash his charming smile on cue. His calm, affectionate nature makes him perfect for participants who need a steady, reliable companion. Buddy's journey from rescue to beloved therapy horse shows just how transformative love and proper care can be.

At just nine years old, Bella is one of our youngest and most spirited residents! This beautiful white mini cross pony with striking blue eyes loves to dress up and transform into her favorite role – a majestic unicorn!
With her confident personality and love for attention, Bella brings joy and laughter to all who meet her.
She's particularly excited when our farrier visits, treating each hoof trimming like her very own spa day pedicure session. Bella's gentle nature makes her a wonderful companion for both children and adults in our program.
